mixed feelings about the stay
inconsistent servicepoor insulation
breakfast service was inconsistent. some staff offered tea and coffee from the kitchen, others directed me to use dispensers, which wasn't appealing. the building's insulation was poor, resulting in significant noise. music stopped at midnight but it was still a bother. i also found the safe challenging to use. there were no instructions available, and the staff needed assistance to open it with a master key. the mechanism felt outdated, and it required considerable effort to open.

obstructed viewparking fee
I was disappointed by the obstructed view from the Executive corner room. The frosted windows and view of a fast food restaurant were not what I expected. there was an additional fee for parking. It should be included.
