My room was very clean. The hotel TV page was most helpful to me. The location works for my needs and I find it good value.
I only see ordinary tea bags supplied in my room, no decaf tea. There were no hot chocolate sachets, that's like other hotels do. If I want fresh milk I got to go up to the bar to get it.

The bar service was rather slow i had to wait a while to get served. At one point, i even went upstairs to get someone because there was only one staff member. one of my friends had to pay £40 for parking. He was told his ticket couldn't be validated since he wasn't staying at the hotel and he didn't get a refund.

I appreciated the helpful staff during breakfast they promptly provided extra items without any issues. I liked the availability of toiletries in dispensers reducing single-use plastics. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting friends since trains and buses were nearby and frequent. I was happy I did not need a car.

inconsistent servicepoor insulation
breakfast service was inconsistent. some staff offered tea and coffee from the kitchen, others directed me to use dispensers, which wasn't appealing. the building's insulation was poor, resulting in significant noise. music stopped at midnight but it was still a bother. i also found the safe challenging to use. there were no instructions available, and the staff needed assistance to open it with a master key. the mechanism felt outdated, and it required considerable effort to open.

I was disappointed by the obstructed view from the Executive corner room. The frosted windows and view of a fast food restaurant were not what I expected. there was an additional fee for parking. It should be included.
